Tehnograph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede earlier versions.
1. Definitions and Terms
Tehnograph: the trade name Tehnograph S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, with headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, Trade Register number J40/6536/1997. This company operates tehnograph.com.
Website: the electronic domain tehnograph.com and its sub-domains.
Purchaser: person/company or any entity with legal status issuing an Order through Website.
Customer: person/company, or any entity with legal status who gain access to content through any means of communication provided by Tehnograph, or based on usage agreement with Tehnograph.
Order: mean of communication in the form of an electronic document transmitted by the Purchaser to Tehnograph to acquire Services through the Website.
Service: benefits and documents listed in the Order, supplied by Tehnograph to Purchaser.
Contract: the remote agreement between Purchaser and Tehnograph concluded through electronic communication.
Content: the information from the Website that Customer can visit, view, or access by using electronic equipment.
Transaction: cashing or reimbursement of a service using the payment methods accepted by Tehnograph.
Specification: description of a Service offered by Tehnograph as shown in the Website.
Source Material: material in digital format (images, text, graphics) sent online from the Purchaser to Tehnograph to complete the Order.
Final Work: the material in digital format made by processing the Source Material and delivered online by Tehnograph to the Purchaser under the Contract concluded for this purpose.
Tehnograph is a business that offers online a wide range of creative digital editing services. You may view the current offer at https://tehnograph.com. Tehnograph reserves the right to add, modify, or alter Specification without prior notice.
Tehnograph accepts orders placed by email or through the Contact Form.
By submitting Source Material you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, transmit, modify, copy, display and edit any digital files or images received through use of the website for the purposes of completing your order. We will never outsource your Source Material outside of our in-house team without your permission. But, you must know that this information is not confidential and third parties can read or intercept it. You must accept that if such interceptions occur, Tehnograph is not liable in any manner under all applicable laws and jurisdictions.
Tehnograph reserves the right to reject any Source Material if it considers that:
• is defamatory or has offensive nature;
• has indecent or pornographic content;
• harms human dignity;
• promotes racism, intolerance, religious or political fanaticism;
Tehnograph is unable to determine or verify if the Source Material:
• violates property rights or copyright;
• results of plagiarism;
• contains economic or military secrets;
• is a trademark.
The Purchaser is responsible for any of these situations and any use of the resulted Final Work.
Tehnograph does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free use of the Website. Tehnograph will not be responsible for any loss arising from the use or inability to use the Website, even if Tehnograph or its authorized representatives have been warned by the owner of the server hosting domain of likelihood events that can cause such damage.
3. Free Trial
You can benefit for a free trial only once. Please note you’ll be eligible only at your first request and if your email address is a non-free one. Free trial volume is limited to an execution time of max. 1 hour.
4. Operating Procedure
- Place the order using our Contact Form.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive the quote and the estimated lead time.
- Once you accept our offer, within the lead time, we’ll send you a protected sample of the work (entirely or a relevant excerpt) and the invoice with paying instructions attached.
- Immediately after receiving the payment, we’ll deliver the entire Final Work with the protection removed.
5. Revision Policy
Tehnograph accept up to 3 rounds of revisions of the Final Work at no charge during 30 days after the payment was received. The revision instructions must not conflict with the instructions issued with the Order, or deviate from them.
6. Payment Methods
We quote the prices in euro (€) for customers within Europe and in US dollars ($) for customers in the rest of the world. Our rates vary depending on each project’s specific needs. Since every customer has specific requirements, we quote each project individually.
We accept payment by PayPal. For companies we accept bank transfer, also.
PAYPAL - PayPal is a fast and safe way to make an online payment. You don’t need any account for that. We will send you PayPal invoice and once redirected to the PayPal secured website you can pay the amount with any card accepted by PayPal.
BANK transfer (for companies only) – We accept foreign currencies from Bank to Bank worldwide through SWIFT code provided to you. If bank transfer is your option we require your company’s name, business ID, VAT number (the EU countries) when you place an order.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The entire Content of this Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tehnograph and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. Any material published on this Website can not be altered or reproduced in whole or in part without prior written permission from Tehnograph. All rights reserved.
8. Jurisdiction and settlement of disputes
Potential conflicts will be resolved amicably or, if not possible, by the habilitated courts.
